The Devonshire Bridge connects Dungarvan to Abbeyside and is the start of the Waterford Greenway in15 Ireland. It was named after the Duke of Devonshire with much of the stone imported from England.
I found this view of it on the adjacent park, several weeks before I painted it. The reason : to capture the scene at high tide with strong sunlight enriching the beautiful reflections.
