Dungarvan Harbour is a walk away from my studio. It is always appealing and crying out to be painted. The constantly changing irish sky reflecting into tidal waters calls for quickness of both thought and hand; a frisky brush to be used. Overall this developed into a nice fresh watercolour.
In the distance can be seen the silhouette of St. Augustine`s Abbey. painted elsewhere in the gallery, and Dungarvan Castle in the cluster of buildings on the right.
